Drift IRL $1,000 Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Drift IRL $1,000 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Drift Studio LLC (“Drift Studio,” “Drift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Arizona limited liability company.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Queer Holiday Market, Chateau Luxe, Tally, Shopify, Instagram, or any other third party unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase from Drift Studio or Drift Goods will not increase your chances of winning.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of Drift Studio LLC are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway is offered in connection with Drift Studio’s appearance at Queer Holiday Market on November 22, 2026.
Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM MST (Arizona time) on November 22, 2026. Business card entries must be submitted in person at the Drift Studio booth during the market.
Entries received after the applicable deadline will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter using one of the following methods:
Digital entry: Access the official Drift IRL Giveaway entry form through the Drift Studio booth at Queer Holiday Market and complete and submit the form by the deadline stated above.
Business card entry: Submit a business card at the Drift Studio booth at Queer Holiday Market on November 22, 2026.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Entering through multiple methods does not provide additional entries or improve your chances of winning.
No purchase is required to enter.
6. Prize
One winner will receive $1,000 in Drift Studio credit (“Drift Creds”) that may be applied toward eligible creative services provided by Drift Studio.
Drift Creds may be used toward one project or combined across multiple deliverables within a single agreed-upon scope. For example, the winner may choose to apply the credit toward a website, brand identity, business cards, menus, posters, merchandise graphics, or a combination of eligible design services.
The $1,000 credit represents a maximum credit toward Drift Studio’s professional fees. It is not $1,000 in cash and has no cash value.
7. Project Scope and Quotes
Winning the Giveaway does not automatically entitle the winner to any particular project, deliverable, quantity of work, or number of hours.
The winner and Drift Studio will discuss the requested work before the project begins. Drift Studio will determine the appropriate project scope and provide the winner with a written quote based on Drift Studio’s normal pricing.
The $1,000 prize credit will then be applied to that quote.
For example, if the agreed project is quoted at $800, the winner may use $800 of the credit toward that project. If the agreed project is quoted at $1,500, the winner may apply the $1,000 credit and will be responsible for the remaining $500 according to the payment terms established by Drift Studio.
The winner is never required to purchase additional services in order to claim the prize. If the winner selects eligible work valued at $1,000 or less, no additional payment for the agreed scope will be required.
8. Multiple Deliverables
The winner may request that the credit be applied toward multiple deliverables within the same project or scope.
For example, a project might include a business card, poster, and menu rather than one larger deliverable.
Drift Studio will determine how the requested deliverables are grouped, scoped, scheduled, and priced. All requested work must be approved by Drift Studio before the project begins.
9. Revisions and Additional Work
The prize covers only the work included in the approved project scope and quote.
The project will include the standard number of revisions specified by Drift Studio for the applicable service or deliverable.
Requests outside the approved scope, additional concepts or deliverables, revisions beyond those included in the agreed scope, substantial changes after approval, or other additional work may be billed separately at Drift Studio’s then-current hourly rate or quoted separately.
Drift Studio will notify the winner before performing work that would result in additional charges.
10. Third-Party Costs
Unless specifically included in the written quote, the prize does not cover third-party expenses such as printing, manufacturing, merchandise production, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, stock assets, paid fonts, photography, shipping, advertising spend, or other outside vendor costs.
The $1,000 credit applies to Drift Studio’s creative services unless Drift Studio specifically agrees otherwise in writing.
11. Project Acceptance
The prize may be used toward any service or combination of services that Drift Studio agrees it can reasonably provide.
Drift Studio may decline requested work that is outside its services or capabilities, unlawful, discriminatory, harmful, conflicts with an existing client or contractual obligation, infringes another party’s intellectual property, or otherwise cannot reasonably be accepted by the studio.
If Drift Studio declines a particular request, the winner may choose another eligible project or service.
12. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or around November 23, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or contact information provided with their entry.
The potential winner must respond within 7 days of the first notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Drift Studio may select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
13. Using the Credit
The winner must begin the project by November 22, 2027.
For purposes of these rules, “begin the project” means the winner has selected an eligible project, approved Drift Studio’s written scope and quote, and completed any required project onboarding.
The project itself does not need to be completed by November 22, 2027.
Any unused credit remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.
The credit:
has no cash value;
cannot be redeemed for cash;
cannot be sold or transferred;
cannot be applied retroactively to work completed before the winner is selected; and
cannot be combined with another discount, promotion, giveaway, or credit unless Drift Studio agrees otherwise in writing.
If the final approved scope costs less than $1,000, the winner will not receive the difference in cash.
14. Winner Responsibilities
The winner agrees to provide information, content, feedback, approvals, and other materials reasonably necessary for Drift Studio to complete the project.
Project timing will depend on the requested work, Drift Studio’s availability, and the winner’s responsiveness.
Winning the Giveaway does not guarantee immediate project scheduling or a specific completion date.
Before work begins, the winner may be required to sign Drift Studio’s standard agreement or other project documentation applicable to the selected services.
15. Email and Marketing
Providing an email address through the digital entry form is necessary so Drift Studio can administer the Giveaway and contact the potential winner.
Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Drift Studio marketing emails.
Entrants using the digital form may separately choose to receive marketing emails from Drift Studio. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
16. Business Card Entries
Information provided on business cards submitted for entry will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway and contact the potential winner.
Submitting a business card does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails from Drift Studio.
17. General Conditions
Drift Studio reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicated, automated, manipulated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
If circumstances outside Drift Studio’s reasonable control interfere with the administration, security, fairness, or operation of the Giveaway, Drift Studio may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Drift Studio’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, project scope, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by law.
18. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Drift Studio Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
