Welcome to Drift.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of madebydrift.studio and the websites, content, products, and other services offered through Drift Studio and Drift Goods.
The website and businesses are operated by Drift Studio LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Drift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, submitting information through it, or purchasing something from Drift Goods, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the website or purchase through it.
Drift Studio and Drift Goods
Drift operates in two related areas:
Drift Studio provides creative services including branding, graphic design, web design, and related creative work.
Drift Goods sells physical merchandise and other products created or selected by Drift.
These Terms apply generally to both.
Specific client projects through Drift Studio may also be governed by a proposal, contract, statement of work, or other written agreement. If one of those agreements conflicts with these Terms regarding that project, the project-specific agreement controls.
Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't interfere with the website, our business, or anyone else's use of it.
Please don't:
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, systems, or data;
introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit substantial portions of our website without permission;
use the website to commit fraud or violate another person's rights;
submit knowingly false, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful information; or
use Drift's name, identity, content, or website in a way that falsely suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or relationship with us.
We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect Drift, our systems, our customers, or other people.
Our work and intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, the content and materials created for Drift and displayed on this website—including our branding, graphics, illustrations, photographs, writing, layouts, product designs, and other original material—belong to Drift Studio LLC or are used with permission.
You can browse, share links to, and enjoy our work. That doesn't give you permission to reproduce, sell, license, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it.
You may not use Drift's work to create products for sale, impersonate Drift, suggest that our work is yours, or otherwise use it commercially without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, artwork, photography, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Client work shown by Drift
Our portfolio may include work created for clients.
Displaying client work does not mean Drift owns every element appearing in that work. Client names, trademarks, photography, copy, products, and other materials may belong to the client or another rights holder.
Any rights associated with a specific client project are governed by the agreement for that project.
Drift Studio services
Information on this website about our creative services is general information and isn't automatically an offer or guarantee that we'll accept a project.
Submitting a project inquiry doesn't create a client relationship.
A project becomes an engagement when Drift and the client agree to the applicable scope and terms, which may include a proposal, contract, deposit, statement of work, or other written agreement.
Project pricing, deliverables, payment schedules, revision limits, timelines, cancellation terms, ownership, licensing, and similar details are governed by that agreement rather than these general website Terms.
Drift Goods
Products available through Drift Goods may include apparel, accessories, prints, merchandise, and other physical goods.
We try to describe and display products accurately. However, colors and appearance can vary depending on screens, materials, manufacturing, printing methods, and other factors.
Product measurements and sizing information may also have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
We may change or discontinue products, designs, sizes, colors, pricing, or availability at any time.
Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it.
Orders
When you place an order, you're offering to purchase the products in that order.
We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
inaccurate product or pricing information;
unavailable inventory;
suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
shipping restrictions;
errors affecting the order;
legal or regulatory restrictions; or
circumstances that make fulfillment reasonably impossible.
If we've already charged you for an order that we cancel, we'll issue an appropriate refund.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.
Payments and pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown during your shopping and checkout experience.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be calculated or displayed separately where appropriate.
Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Drift doesn't need or intend to directly store your complete payment-card information.
Prices can change, but changing the listed price of a product doesn't change the amount you already agreed to pay for a completed order except where correction of an obvious error is legally permitted.
Shipping and fulfillment
Some Drift Goods products are produced and/or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners, including Tapstitch. Other products may be stocked and shipped directly by Drift.
Because products can be fulfilled from different locations, items in the same order may arrive separately.
Shipping destinations, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs may vary based on the product and destination.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
We'll provide additional information about shipping, fulfillment, and delivery in our Shipping Policy.
International orders
Drift Goods may be available for purchase in countries outside the United States where we and our fulfillment partners support shipping.
Availability in one country doesn't guarantee that every product can be shipped there.
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where those charges aren't collected during checkout, the recipient may be responsible for them.
We'll provide available information about international shipping and charges during checkout or in our Shipping Policy where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the country or region where you live.
That's particularly important for you because Shopify treats the merchant—not Shopify—as the seller responsible for the transaction and for complying with applicable laws in the markets where products are offered. Shopify Help Center
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Our Return & Refund Policy explains when products can be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled.
Different rules may apply in certain countries or regions because of local consumer-protection laws.
Where applicable law gives you mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, or product-conformity rights, those rights apply regardless of anything in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy.
This matters particularly for EU customers. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for qualifying online purchases, and since June 19, 2026, covered online sellers must provide an electronic way for EU consumers to exercise that withdrawal right. Shopify Help Center
Promotions and giveaways
From time to time, Drift may offer giveaways, promotions, discounts, raffles, or other special offers.
Additional rules may apply to a particular promotion. If they do, those rules will be provided with the promotion and will control if they conflict with these general Terms.
Discounts and promotional offers may have expiration dates, product restrictions, geographic restrictions, or other conditions.
Unless we specifically say otherwise, promotions can't be combined.
Participating in a giveaway or promotion doesn't automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Marketing consent is handled separately as described in our Privacy Policy.
Reviews, submissions, and other content you send us
If we allow you to submit reviews, comments, images, testimonials, or other content for public use, you remain responsible for what you submit.
Don't submit material you don't have the right to share.
When you intentionally submit content for publication or promotional use, you give Drift a non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, display, and format that content for the purpose for which you submitted it.
That does not apply to confidential client files, project inquiries, job applications, grievances, private communications, or other information that wasn't submitted for public use.
Third-party services and links
Our website works with third-party services such as Framer, Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, and other tools necessary to operate Drift.
The website may also contain links to websites or services we don't own or control.
Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. Drift isn't responsible for the content or independent operation of third-party websites or services.
Privacy
Your use of the website and Drift Goods is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.

Accessibility
We want our website and services to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
If you encounter an accessibility issue with our website or have difficulty accessing information necessary to use Drift's services or purchase from Drift Goods, contact us so we can work with you on an appropriate solution.
No warranties
We try to keep our website accurate, functional, and available, but websites occasionally break and information occasionally becomes outdated.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely current.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer protections that can't legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drift Studio LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of—or inability to use—our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Specific liability terms relating to Drift Studio client projects may instead be governed by the applicable client agreement.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses reasonably resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision doesn't apply where responsibility can't legally be imposed on you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Arizona, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring or resolve a claim somewhere else.
Nothing in this section takes away consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that can't legally be waived.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when the Terms were most recently revised.
Changes apply prospectively after they're posted unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
