Google Workspace is what we use to manage Drift’s business email, accounts, and the Google tools connected to the rest of our stack.
It gives us professional email at our own domain while keeping everything inside the familiar Google ecosystem. User accounts, aliases, domains, and admin settings all live in one place, and because Google Workspace integrates with so many other platforms, it has become one of those pieces of infrastructure we rarely have to think about.

our experience
We primarily use Workspace for Drift’s email accounts, and it has been incredibly easy to manage. Adding users, creating aliases, managing domains, and connecting our accounts to other tools is straightforward. The free aliases are especially useful because we can create purpose-specific addresses without paying for another inbox every time. And because almost everything integrates with Google, it rarely creates friction elsewhere in our stack.
Google Workspace is one of those tools we barely think about, which is probably the best thing we can say about business infrastructure.
